Julio César Cu Cámara is the chief diver in the Mexico City sewerage system. His job is to repair pumps and dislodge garbage that flows into the gutters to maintain the circulation of sewerage waters.

Born in Mexico city on October 19, 1979, Esteban Arrangoiz studied Media and Cultural Studies in Macquarie Univesity, Australia and filmmaking in UNAM Mexico. In 2008, he attended the first Talent Campus Guadalajara specialized in documentary filmmaking, which was organized by International Guadalajara Film Festival and the Berlinale Talent Campus. In 2012 he attended the Berlinale Talent Campus in Berlin as a director. His short films have been exhibited in national and international film festivals. Lately, he is venturing into the field of video installation and is premiering a collective work 1-00 interference in Laboratorio Arte Alameda. He works as a director and cinematographer.

With his documentary Lerma River, Esteban won the José Rovirosa Prize in 2010 for Best Student Documentary, a Mexican Academy Awards for Best Short Documentary in 2011, and a special mention in Short Shorts Film Festival 2011. With the short film El Baile de Tres Cochinillas he won the Best Director Award in Proyección Corta Festival 2012. With his last documentary The Diver, Esteban won the award for Best Short Documentary in Morelia International Film Festival.
